If something looks wrong in a log, include the sentence you typed and roughly when you sent it. It lets us find and fix the exact parse.
Reporting a wrong number
Every calorie and macro value in CalChat can be corrected in the app with a tap, so you never have to wait on us to fix your own log. If a food keeps coming out wrong, though, we want to hear about it. A useful report has:
- the exact sentence you typed, for example "avocado toast, 2 poached eggs and a flat white";
- what CalChat logged, and what you expected instead;
- the brand or restaurant, if it was a packaged or eaten-out meal.
Reports like these are how the parser gets better at the way real people describe their food.
Early access
CalChat for Android is in final testing. To get the install link before it reaches the Play Store, join the waitlist on the homepage. On iPhone? Say so when you reply to the welcome email; demand decides how soon iOS starts.
Your data
- Delete your account and data: in the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.
- App privacy notice: what the Android app collects, why, and your rights.
- Website privacy policy: this site sets no cookies.
